BENEVOLENCE OVER THE SOLITARY SUICIDER


“Suicide” the word makes a muted sense where all the hopes and intentions get crashed & lead literally not to die but to make an unbearable pain to an end. But, there’s still hope if you are looking for a sign not to kill yourself. When someone comes to a stage where the words are no longer descriptive to hint their pain and tears are no longer reflective to reveal their misery, they find death as the ultimate solution to end their pain.
When it comes to suicide it can be identified as two ways as completed suicide; the successful act of intentionally causing one’s own death and attempted suicide; an attempt to take one’s life that does not end in death, rather in self-injury. Researchers have found that most risk factors for suicides are psychological factors, family situations and social situations, a major loss, and also addiction to alcohol. And most importantly mental disorders play an overwhelming role in the increasing risk of suicide cases. And when it comes to mental disorders, whenever you notice a person who is thinking of or trying to commit suicide there you can ask for help for the treatments of the particular person.

Some people may talk openly about their wanting to die and at the same time, some would take steps to prepare for death like saying goodbye and some become withdrawn and moody. So we have to be more attentive towards the people around us, about their behaviors, the way they talk, the way they smile, and about the changes in their tone and every single thing.

Your involvement and support towards the matter play an important role in order to make a person who is intending to commit suicide more comfortable to discuss their issue with you. A single word of yours may bring a fountain of comfort to cure their heart as no one is willing to harm their lives, the only thing they really need is to end their pain. The pain that doesn’t end up just for an instance. Money, treasures, and every single thing that are capable of being priced that you provide to your loved ones are nothing you can do unless they don’t receive your attention.

Giving attention & Listening to someone is the most humane act of making someone to feel comfortable and trustworthy to open up with their issues with us. It doesn’t really matter whether they have done well to us or not. Only their life matters. And also we have to make them feel confident about their courage to face life and not give up. We have to talk with them, cuddle with them and we can give them the reasons to live. We have to show kindness. Kindness is something about crossing oceans for someone who wouldn’t cross a puddle for you. No conditions are attached with showing kindness to all. Kindness is not about what you gain back. It is about what you give. You are giving not only hope but also a new life and that’s the most satisfactory thing at all.
