Think about that you are inviting a party and you are all excited to be there but at the same time thinking about who will be friends for that night, do anyone needs to talk with me, and what if I feel uninvited. You will get a number of questions and feels like something in your stomach, struggling to get out of bed and get ready. It will not let you be full of happiness. Even if someone talks to you and is willing to have good companionship with you, you would suspect that person being, ‘who wants to be friends with me’, ‘I am nothing. Definitely, he wants something from me. You may feel sweating squeezing in your heart and it came to cross in your body. So, do you experience this kind of situation in your day-to-day life? It definitely makes you refusing going out, not make friends and miss the golden opportunities in your life. But you all need good friends. Going out, having parties. So, this is calling what anxiety. Surprisingly one out of fourteen people have an anxiety disorder in the world. And spend billions of money to treat patients with anxiety disorder.
It may cause severe depression, Suicide, school drops, and even more cannot hold one job, loss the focus ability, relationship break ups, and countless sleepless nights. But the fact is most people did not understand that it is anxiety and they just live the rest of their lives thinking that it is just a weakness of theirs or a personality trait.

The researchers at Cambridge University held research and found out that women living in poor area got a high risk of anxiety and rich areas would be a low rate. When deep down on that found that for people who live around the lack of coping resources, the rate of anxiety would be high, and for the people who live in the full of coping resources the rate of anxiety would be low. So those researchers realized that access to coping resources really helps to control anxiety.
Here are three coping resources that you can use to control the anxiety and take your life back into your hands. First, is ‘Do it Badly’ means do most of what you feel fear to do. You may spend hours and hours without making any decision even if it is too easy like choosing an outfit, deciding the dinner, or applying for a job. But with this coping strategy, you may do it within a less time period and get out of thinking again and again about it. You can forgive yourself for whatever the results of that decision. It replaces excitement with anxiety.
Secondly, ‘Forgive yourself’. Imagine that you have a friend who always points out your actions are wrong, you probably get rid of that friend. As the same, you have to get out of that mindset and forgive yourself for all past mistakes and if happens right now let it go. Be kind to yourself. It gives you wings for what you like to do.
Last but not least, ‘Own a meaning’. We all need meaning in our lives and it keeps awakes us to do more interesting things in our lives. As humans, we really love to feel that we have someone who relays on our selves and keep looking for our achievements. If we do not have reason to live life may be life is expecting something from us. So, you can be a reason for someone else life, like volunteering, writing a book, or sharing experiences. Even if you can share this knowledge you got by reading this article with someone who does not have access to coping resources for anxiety you will be a person needed more of them.
